TANK SPECIFICATION :

Tank Water Volume are of 23000 LT including Vapor Volume for container tank. Tank material: Carbon Steel Q235A,thickness 5.5mm approx.

Bulkhead material: Dished and flanged, single bulkhead. Carbon Steel Q235A, thickness 6.5mm approx.

Baffle material: Carbon Steel, assembly, thickness is 3mm approx. Shape of tank: round.

Plate dealing: Outer surface paint. Color according to the customer’s requirement.

And internal surface cleaned out and free of swart and remove scale, but without paint. Test pressure designed: 400kPa.

Manhole: One 20" diameter manhole. (made by China).

Discharge system: Tank has a 3" 45°high lift footvale and Butterfly Valve, discharge valve to 3″clamped butterfly valve to stainless steel dustcap. Lies to rear of the tanker.
